RE: Why do you use Blazers?

I don't I use Rayzr Broadhead Feathers. At 1.7 grains they are much lighter than blazers which are 5 grains each. I used blazers last year and I like the Rayzrs even better.

RE: Why do you use Blazers?

The main reason I switched from feathers because I hunt in foul weather up here in North, snow and rain! My feathers would always get matted down so it was either blazers or vanes, I chose orange blazers! I honestly can't tell the difference in flight except the orange blazers are easier for me to see over the white feathers because of the color!

Easy way to increase myFOC% without shooting a 125 grain broadhead.
If I shot vanes that would be enough reason for me. Increasing FOC% I shoot feathers for that reason and it works even better.;)

I am having problems with blazers when I shoot my broadheads. I dial everything in with field tips, then when I switch to broadheads the arrows with blazers fly all over the place. My 4" vanes don't do this. I am not dogging blazer vanes. It's probably something I am doing. I wish I could get the blazers to work because I use a whisker biscuit and I hate having to replace my vanes as often as I do.

Is there a website with info on these feathers?

Your bow may be out of tune and the bigger fletchings are correcting the arrow flight better than the smaller ones.
