First Deer....Ever
After 31 years if finally decided get out and hunt. I lurked on here for a while and posted a few times. i got a lot of helpful info from all youthat helped alot. I took this deer this sunday morning from about 15 yds. It was my first weekend hunting and first shot at a deer. i was a double lung hit and he ran about 50 yds before he fell. He isnt a trophy by any means but he is sure to be tasty. the whole experance was a total rush. I was using aftershock maniacs, easton epics, and a bear super magnum 44

Shoot man what're you talkin about--Thats a fine trophy for your first or your hundred and first with a bow--If it makes you happy it just tickles the fire out of me!!!!

You better believe its a trophy. CONGRATS on your first deer!!!!!! I consider every deer I harvest a trophy. Even though I only have 2 hanging on the wall, I have kept the metal tags they put on the deer when I check them in to all the deer I have got and plan on making a plaque for them.
