That happened to me also. It was my first buck. I was 14 and hunting with my dad and uncle. There were three of us in a car all three got our bucks three hours apart. It was a great day. It happened almost 30 years ago and it is still very vivid in my mind. What a great day.

congrats to both of you. I had an experience like that. MAtt / Pa, my nephew and myself were huntign a property about 3-4 years ago and all htree of us nearly filled our tags, like Rob I was the empty bag holder. My hephew shot his first buck with a bow (8pt) Matt shot a huge doe, and I was full draw on a 6 pt but when I went to shoot I could not see enought thru the peep to make an ethical shot but I could see him great thru the binos. he was only 28 yards.but that is hunting. ;)
