Better Bow
#2
You're kidding right? This is Primarily a Bowtech Board. I think the voting (if people are not weary of this question already) will reflect that.
In my opionion Bowtech owes this board huge respect ..the early moderators who got word out..and based on their reviews had us..travel (in some cases) great distances to find the few early dealers who carried these "new" bows.
I don't know market share info and such but if So and So bought one Bowtech and told a friend..right down the line I bet we are responsible for Thousands is not tens of thousands Bowtechs sold. Would be nice if someone "in the know" could put a dollar figure on HNI's membercontribution..and then somehow they recognized our support and offered us an incentive on the new line-up...
Yeah I'm sure it won't happen..but it's worth, throwing out there!
I would bet the early "push" got some of the "Staff" Shooters thier position..which is fine..I got no problem with that..a job well done, and a fine product that I'm glad was reviewed fairly!

I shoot a bowtech and I can't say it is any better than the other bows, better in what way. I shot a mathews, hoyt and PSE all were nice bows to me. I only bought mine because of the way in feltand I got a good deal on it. So my question is, better in what way, price, quality, over all ect. I think if it shoots and you can take a deer with it, than there is no better bow.

All politics aside, I shot about every brand of bow I could get my left hand on at the beginning of 2006, payed 0 attention to the names of each bow or maker. To my surprise, the Parker Hornet felt and shot the best for me. That was spring of 2006. There are a lot of new model bows I haven't tried. PSE X force is one that stands a good chance to compete and quite honestly, any bow maker out there today has the potential to compete and become "the one."
The question should be what's the best bow for you..? What's the best for me and what I do with it might not be what's best for you and what you use it for. For hunting, I've got the Hornet, for 3D the Hornet plus 2 might be a better choice, or the Frontier plus 2, or the Xforce......ect. For moose or bear hunting, I might choose a longer axle to axle bow. The fastest bow with a 30" draw might be the slowest bow at 27 inch draw also. Draw weight can have an effect too. Too many variables to answer the question in general.
