I rarely go to one. They do have a few good employies. I know one in the bike depatment who's always been a bike guru. I just go to get what I already know I want and they have at the price I want to pay.

they are no different than the other big retail stores,try getting any good advice from a sales clerk at a lowes,homedepot or wal-mart they look at you as if you've lost your mind.ugh drives me nuts.
