Hell of a story Matt. I'm sure this will be a story that is passed down from generation to generation in your family. Congrats on an awesome buck! Hope the eye gets better.

A great big CONGRATS Matt on a recovery job done well. I hope some guys that only search for an hour and give up because of lack of blood learn something from your experience. Sometimes it takes more than an hour to find a mortally wounded deer.
Great PA buck. Congrats again man!

Matt a huge congats and I admire your love and dedication to the animal you persue. You should be commended for you efforts. I had the pleasure of listening in on the first day conversation on into your recovery and I can honestly say I am touched by your honesty, dedication and love for the sport and animal you persue. That is a memory that will be told by many and charished by all. Congrats once again..

Matt congrats on a great buck with an even better story. Every hunter and non hunter alike should have to read your story to get an insight on how much we should all respect the animals we hunt. 3 days with no blood and you never gave up, your the man!! again congrats on a great buck, and thanks for sharing the story.
