    well been a crappie day had a huge 8 pointer come in this evening and came 20 yards broad side and stopped drew back and this happend

    yeah got a cut on my left knee and a huge knott but other then that im fine. scared the crap out of me and the deer seasons only been open a week

    What a terrible way to start the season. Glad to hear that you are alright though. You could have been really hurt. Hopefully it isn't as bad as it looks.

    That stinks. At least you're ok. Last year something similar happened to me. As I drew back, the string came off the cam. Boy was I ticked off. See if the limbs are under warranty.
