The best thing I've found is made by Sawyer's. It's got permethrin and it's a clothes treatment spray. Spray it on generously and let try for several hours. It's available at D!cks's sporting goods usually in the camping section. It's in an arousal can. Be sure to do your boots and socks and heaving round cuffs! Works great. Oh, and for any exposed skin I like No Stinkin Bugs...no odor bug spray. Also available at D!cks's. Good luck!

Thermacell is the bugs nuts. It works well on mosquitoes for sure. However, I find it less effective on gnats and biting flies (especially deer flies). A product containing DEET repellant is always in my bag too.
