I finally got to shoot my Slick Tricks and you guys were right, they are very nice heads. They group right with my field tips. Whats also great is how easy they are to put together. Cant wait to try them out on a deer.

I was thinking of switching over to a mechanical from thunderheads. For accuracy obviously. Do the slick tricks really fly like field tips? My thunderheads are pretty inconsistent and my field tips, well you know, they pretty much find the mark each time. My problem with the slick tricks is, they really appear to be the same as thunderheads. Little shorter blade but same design pretty much. What do you think?

KP, Spend the $22.00 and find out what you've been missing! I went from Muzzys 3 & 4 blade to Thunderheads and finally found a home with Slick Tricks!

I shoot the 100gr Magnums, they have a bit more cutting surface than the regulars, not that the regulars ST's have a problem! I actually shoot both, ST's Magnums for deer and ST's for Coyotes and other small game.

Killer, the Slick Tricks design and constructionare nothing like a thunder head. Not even close.

Bigbulls, you beat me to it. Yes, Slicks are worth the money...which is less than the majority of heads these days. Thunderheads and Slicks couldn't be farther apart in their design. They do fly as advertised and really put the whomp on deer!
