Apple Buck Jam
#1
Hey guys I did a couple searches on Buck Jam but I didn't really get anything worth my time that could help me...Ohio archery season opens this coming Saturday and I replinished a mineral lick I have today and put out a Vita Rack 26 mineral block and poured a bottle of the apple buck jam all over the ground around it and all over the block itself...I was just wonderin if anyone has had any luck with the product...

i just recently used apple buck jam in 2 spots one is in a big woods setting with thousands of acres the other is in some short grass next to my food plot on our property the one in the woods has been there 2 weeks without any sign of use the one on our property in 1 week has a 4 foot circle completely down to mud and the camera watching the spot had 88 photos in a week these two areas are only 2 miles apart but have completly differant results just my opinion[8D]

I have been using the acorn falvored stuff and it has worked great , the deer have been hitting the spot really hard and now there's a hole in the ground about 2 to 3 feet wide and a foot deep..

here you have to remove all feeders and such 2 weeks b4 season starts but I used 4 , 40 lb bags of corn and a gal jug of the powder c'mere deer and got a lot of turkey on top of the deer so im not sure which works better for what but i am pleased it brought inboth. Now for season im gonna use a scrape dripperwith the liquid quart of c'mere deer which drips only during the daytime so its gonna be during hunting hrs that i hopefully see the most action.
A friend of mine said that the acorn and soybean mix works - i think its called acorn rage or something 5 1/2 lb bag . another told me a wierd one , that crunchy peanut butter works too but to watch out for black bears as well , i think they were pullin my leg but i found what works for me. What ever you decide to use good luck and good hunting
