broad head question

My plan is to go hunting in the morning so i decided to go shoot my bow a couple of times becuase it has been about 2 weeks since i shot becuase thats how long my season has been in. I decided to make a slight pin adjustment so after got it where i wanted i shot probable 10 more times. i actualy wore out a circle on my target but my question is since i was shooting my broadheads do you think they are still sharp enough? By the way i posted a thread earlier about my fixed blades not shooting the way i wanted them to and everbody on here said it was a tuning problem. well you were right the broad heads were fine it was actually a problem with my form... shocker ;)

Get some new blades. I never shoot a blade that's been in a target at an animal. I tune the arrow, verify it shoots right, change the inserts and put it in my quiver. If you want to shoot it later, just pull out the old inserts and put them in. When you're done, put the new ones back in.

I wont hunt with any blade that has touched a target. Replace or Resharpen(if possible)

NO!!!!!! You owe it to the animal to shoot heads that are scary sharp!!!!

NO WAY!!!!!!!

You need to sharpen those blades or replace them with new razor sharp blades. If you shot them into a target they are no longer sharp enough to hunt with!!!

What kind of broadheads are they?It depends on what kind of target also,I can shoot muzzy's into my morrel broadhead target and they don't get dull at all,I actually shot a doe last year with the same blades I practice with and it still passed thru while going through ribs on both sides!!!but make sure that they are sharp you would'nt want to miss the deer of a lifetime because of dull broadheads.

You are giving horrible advice, my friend .....noone should EVER shoot with anything but razor sharp heads! Just because you killed a deer with less, doesn't make it ok ... my nephew killed a deer with a field tip ... grabbed the wrong arrow in the dark, that doesn't make it ok ....
