I'm right there with ya! I haven't even attempted to hit the sack cause its always the same for me on "hunter's eve". I'll prolly be in stand with 2 or 3 hours to spare.. I'll have better chances for sleep in the woods.

It was a long night for me aswell. Thinking of that big buck meandering under my stand and then me perfectly placing my Carbon Express Maxima right behind the shoulder. I have to be at work by 10 so I won't get to hunt too much today, but tommorow I will.

I will be out for the first time this season for an evening hunt today. I'll be hunting my white oaks. They are dropping acorns like crazy. I can't hunt them in the morning for fear of spooking deer that are already there feeding.

LOL.....i know what you mean....i woke up a lil after 5:00 a.m. because it's opening morning on private land here and i can't even hunt until thurs....i'm going to be a complete and utter mess by then....Good Luck...
