Season opens in 6 hours and can not sleep
 

My season opens tommorrow morning and I cannot go to sleep for nothing it is like waiting on Santa Claus when I was little I hate when this happens

I'm right there with ya! I haven't even attempted to hit the sack cause its always the same for me on "hunter's eve". I'll prolly be in stand with 2 or 3 hours to spare.. I'll have better chances for sleep in the woods.

Iknow what you're talking about. I'm from TN, and my seasons opens tomorrow to.:DI'm having a hard time sleeping!:)

It was a long night for me aswell. Thinking of that big buck meandering under my stand and then me perfectly placing my Carbon Express Maxima right behind the shoulder. I have to be at work by 10 so I won't get to hunt too much today, but tommorow I will.

I will be out for the first time this season for an evening hunt today. I'll be hunting my white oaks. They are dropping acorns like crazy. I can't hunt them in the morning for fear of spooking deer that are already there feeding.;)My stand will be near this GIANT.

LOL.....i know what you mean....i woke up a lil after 5:00 a.m. because it's opening morning on private land here and i can't even hunt until thurs....i'm going to be a complete and utter mess by then....Good Luck...;)

I just got back from my morning sit before work. I saw 2 does at about 45-50 yards, just not a shot I want to take. I got to my stand about an hour before daylight. I had deer all around me BEFORE daylight.

Well guys just got in from huntin almost all day pretty decent day morning hunt in at 5:30 out at 11:00 seen 12 does and fawns and 2 small bucks no shooters afternoon hunt in at 3:00 out at 7:45 seen 8 does and 2 small bucks and still no shooters but overall a good day, Will be back at it in the morning.

i know what you mean man its still two weeks to season and im already getting less sleep and im getting anxious waiting but ill be better when season arrives on the thirteenth
