What light weather shirts do you preffer
What light weather shirts do you preffer when early season bowhunting? I can only think of 4 types that are normally worn. The long sleeve button up shirts seem to be more universal asits easier towear sweatshirts etc under them. I like the mock turtlenecks for general purposes though but some people dont like the contrictive feeling around the neck.

I voted Mock Turtle...But like the long sleeve Henleys too.. Hate button shirts for hunting!! They are fine for going out to dinner or showsetc..but not hunting!

i hate button up shirts....but i love them for hunting for some reason. most times if its not super cold i just layer under it and wear it. always have a t-shirt on under it...if its colder i will wear a long sleeved t-shirt..if its colder i will wear both underneath. after that i have to wear a jacket if its colder lol.

It is still 110 degrees here in SC when our deer season opens. This year I tried some of the "cool mesh" stuff. I wish I would have tried it a long time ago. Its not all that cool when you are moving around, but as soon as you settle down it dries very quick. And as soon as you get in the shade and the slightest breeze blows.. you are in heaven.

I bought a light weight mock turtle from Remington this year. I think they call it Rem-tech. Light weight. It kinda sticks to you when you're walking but like Strut said...once you sit and a breeze blows aahhhhh

I prefer to go beefcake on the warmer days! j/k, long sleeve tee works fine. Of course in NY we don't get much warm weather after the first week or two into the season.
