In NC, for years, we have gotten 6 tags...A few years back, in the East, you could kill 4 bucks, in the Piedmont and West, you could take 2 bucks...

This year, we can get additiona doe tags.....Went to WalMart last night and picked up two more tags, no charge, no limit....

Guess the insurance companies finally got Raleigh to listen....

WI archery license comes with one buck tag and one antlerless tag PLUS an additional non-weapon-specific antlerless tag. Unlimited additional antlerless tags are available for $2 each. In some zones, including one of the two places I'll be hunting, you have to register an antlerless before you're buck tag is valid.

Gun license works about the same...so, I could potentially take 2 bucks and an unlimited number of antlerless this year. In theory.

The zone in WI where I hunt you can get 4 tags per day. It's EAB (Earn-A-Buck) so you must kill a doe for every buck.

ORIGINAL: HammytheHunter

In Maryland for each of the seasons you are alotted 2 buck tags and 10 anterless tags. You have to take two anterless deer before you can take a second buck. Not to mention that you need to purchase a bonus buck stamp after you take your first buck.

So all in all, you have the opportunity to bag 36 deer total from bow, shotgun and muzzleloader combined.
Are you sure? I haven't bought my license this year but they have been unlimited on the does for years and before that I think I counted 50+ for all seasons. I'm sure they still have a major mess on their hands today.
