Does the moon phase affect your hunting?

Does the moon phase affect your hunting?
Does it change how when or where you hunt?
I've got a moon phase guide and as an example on the 30th of September it tells me that the "Excellent" time to hunt is between 2:54 and 4:54 in the morning.

Gr8: No not really..."Work Phase" and "Family Phase" have enough influence on me, that if I have a window to hunt...I'm going.

I planned my trip to MO for my based on the moon phase. More specifically, I planned it so I wouldn't be hunting during the full moon. I don't know how much it matters, but I never have much luck during a full moon.
