maybe he was a couple miles off on some property that he actually was given permission?? Just really bad with directions or something??

I'm hooked on this ongoing saga! I can't wait to hear how this will all unfold. Hopefully that guy will contact you so we can keep this story going!
I've spoken with several park rangers in central Ohio who say they continously have problems with people hunting/poaching in preserves or parks. When catching those people theysay theyhave hunted it for years and claim ignorance that they did not know it was sold.
That (ignorance)has to be the only reason why such a flagrant attempt was made to setup his little operation on your property.

Got to be some sort of mix up ... OR... the guy was donating it to your organization. You may get a call saying, "hey, I had an extra feeder and thought the kids could use it". LOL\
