I probably would have stuck her again myself. But you did what you thought was right and nobody should hound you about it. We all face decisions like this at some point. The meat should be good as far what I have been told and that is "In 60 degree weather meat will maintain for 4 hours." Im not sure if that is right but I havent seen that put to use yet. Hope everything works out.
