-shower eat etc. - to get land at 5:30 -get to stand at 5:45 -gets light at 6 I am sitting at school going crazy. I cant wait any longer! Die Hard 12 hours baby! |

leaving tonight to get up to my trailer which has been up where we hunt since the archery opener a month ago. tommorow should look something like this:
1-wake up to alarm at 530 2-turn alarm off 3-turn on stove and start perking coffee 4-fall back asleep until coffee starts to perk 5-get up and get dressed 6-pour coffee and get my crawl (sweet role) for brekfast 7-get on vehicle and drive the 10 miles to my hunting spot 8-start the hike along the ridge 9- 30 minutes later shoot the deer 10- hike down to the buttom of the canyon get the deer, dress out, and de-bone meat and put into my pack 11-get back to vehicle and drive back to camp 12-get to camp and make brekfast 13-finish eating hoe-cakes (pancakes) 14-take a nap that should perty much be it...:D |

ORIGINAL: fun2hunt You know bubba a lot of times when things don't go as planned tend to be the same day a hunter does well. I've heard so many stories like that where the last minutechange in the stand or circumstance led to a good kill on a hunt.Same with fishing...some of the biggest fish I've caught have been a messed up cast. |

My game plan for tomorrow:
Wake up at 5:30 Drive daughter to church for her field trip to six flags Go home, eat breakfast, think if I need any last minute stuff try to get back to sleep but won't be able to get my gear together pick up any last minute stuff I thouht of in step 3 take shower about 12:00 drive the 1.5 hours to my spot in CT Decidewhich part of the propertytohunt depending on wind direction Climb tree and cross fingers |
