I saw something when I was in Virginia the other day that I REALLY liked. I was in a sporting goods store....and the store had several mounts (7 or 8) on ONE plaque......shaped like the state of VA (Including the No. 9 non-typical taken in that state).

Does anyone else have anything like this they wouldn't mind sharing?

I dont have any to share but I know you should be able to look at them at your local Taxidermist. Mine has a book and I know there in there he can order the plaques.

I saw mounts like these in Georgia. They had the outline of the state as the backboard; very cool! The only problem is Ilive in Florida, whichwouldn't be asnice as other states shapewise.

New Deer & Deer Hunting mag just came in and on the cover 6 simple steps to better deer mounts.

Heck, it wouldn't take much at all to make one. That way you could customize it to your desired dimensions. That or you could tell me how big you want it, whatwood you want it made from, etcand I will make it for you, with a reasonable profit to myself of course
