Default First Blood with the Ally-BDD in NC

Ok, So i got into the stand about 6 this morning and man was it beautiful. I had a chilly north breeze blowing in, it felt like deer season. About 7 i heard some deer walking behind and caught a glimpse of four deer going by me and knew it would be long. About 15 minutes laterI saw my first deer in bow range and it was a spike, yepI got that same feeling aobut the first deer, you know the one where your heart is aobut to explode. Then a doe came in right under me along with a another spike. They walk ou tinto the open and she give me a great 20 yard quatering away shot. So i stand up and draw back slowly put the pin on the back of her ribcage and let the striker fly. I double lunged her as well as taking out her liver. Let me tell you those strikers do some damage. IT blew out hte front shoulder and stuck in the dirt about an inch. She went about 40 yards and piled up. Can anyone say deer jerky.
