Default Incredible Game Cam Action Shot - not a debate on baiting thanks

Alright, I know this might be less then politically correct and I don’t wish to turn this into a debate about hunting bait or whatever. In Kentucky, it’s legal and while I can appreciate everyone’s individual opinions, I sometime hunt directly over my feeder to obtain a good feel for what is roaming around and have and will take a shot if it presents itself. I’m a good guy, hunt by the rules and make the most of what is given to me.

That being said…..this was just too cool a sequence that I had to share. Of course many of you already know how it ends, but I’ve seen people post about catching this on cam, but I’ve never seen an actual pic until last evening when I checked my game cam. The picture is 100% authentic. Here is the sequence, pay special attention to the third pic.

You see it correctly, that’s my carbon express Maxima hunter 350 hitting the deer, the deer banging his rack against the feeder and about torun right at the point of impact. The arrow hit his opposite leg, then broke off. In all the many game cams pics I’ve seen, I can’t recall actually seeing anyone catching this shot.

I know many people don’t hunt bait for many reasons and I respect that, so don’t judge me too hard.

Hey, its legal aint it....alright right then. You shot a great buck. I personally dont hunt over corn but I do saltlicks. Its legal in TN. Nothing takes away from the fact that you killed a good deer. If you really think about it isnt that the purpose of "hunting". Historically it didnt matter how the animal was harvested as long as it filled up the tummies of the family.

Oh yeah....Thats a crazy picture. Like 1 in 549821734192385039480. Sweet, kinda morbid, but cool none-the-less.

Very cool picture. My dad shot a doe 2x years ago that was in front of a game cam, didn't get the impact on camera, but didget her and a picture of him in the stand behind her on camera just seconds before shooting her. Congrats again on a great buck!!
