Default Shooting at running deer?

Any of you guys shoot at running deer? If so, any good tips for me?

I’m not trying to “stir the pot”. This is just a good question for my fellow bow hunters. How far would you have to lead a running deer with a bow? Let say at fifty yards, running at about 20mph?
Thanks a lot in advance for your help!

Do you have a list of controversial topics that you are posting one by one?

Your not huh?

Then why in the same morning have you asked about shooting at running deer, head shots, and shooting young bucks? [>:] Seems to me your trying to get someone fired up

With a gun ...Yes. With a bow... NO. A casual walking deer with a bow... Certainly. I've seen too many people on TV spook a deer with their little Mmmaaaaaaaaaaa in an attempt to stop a deer 10 yards away.

If you dont have a GOOD shot dont take it. Why would you try to shoot a running deer? Let him run and hunt him again another day.

Shooting at running deer is not a good idea. It borders on the unethical, IMO.

Shooting at one running 20 mph 50 yards away is both unethical and insane.

I wouldn't shoot at one 10 yards away coming stright at me. Tomorrow is another day.

Ethics, ethics, ethics.

Never shoot at a running deer. Never.

If you honestly were not trying to stir the pot, then you wouldn't be making comments about not trying to stir the pot.
