How early should you get them started shooting a bow? I have a 5 year old who loves to go out when I shoot and help his old man out. Should I get him a bow now or wait a couple more years? At what age can you have them start shooting?

If it were me.....I'd get him a little recurve or longbow and not worry about it. You can control the access to it. I dont see any reason to wait.
He just needs to understand it's not a toy.....but that's doing the "dad" part.
Good luck.
