I would haved to be completely physically exhausted to fall asleep in a stand. I have yet to. My buddies wife gave me a good idea though.. She's discovered chocolate covered cofee beans and has been bouncing off the walls for a couple days now... I'll be packin some of those next time I go out.

When I'm hunting in Alberta, I simply remind myself that there are world class bucks in the area and that the hunt cost $5000.:D:D:D

I have not figured it out yet but it may sound crazy but I will often do very slow movementstretches on stand. I will alsodraw mybow every once in a while. It seems to get the bloodflowing. I usuallytrythe all day sits during the rut when I see the most activity. Ihave seen many nice deer from 10-2 so that fact in itself keeps me looking for just a piece of the deer in the woods. Coffee is good if it doesn'tmake you pee all morning.

i dont stay awake.....i have woke up to see a bunch of whitetails running of in the distance.......
