Or does it mean a company wants to get guys on their team that they know handle them selvesprofessionally, are litterate, intelligent, knowlegeable about the product and about the type of hunting they are doing, and will help promote their product accordingly at some shows, on the net, etc? And yeah, I think they at least deserve some freebies at the very least. |

It doesnt take much you just have to know the right people and in my case be a 21 year old decent looking girl to become a prostaff member for martin. I was asked by a Martin rep if I would like to become a prostaff member and I would get a free bow and apparel as long as I am willing to go to a few tournaments if they needed me too (which they havent) and promote martin bows to whoever I could. They never even saw me shoot...Truth be told Im a good shot but certainly not professional by any means!

My 13 year old son is a Pro-Staffer for a couple of companies. They feel he is a perfect fit because of his age and his opportunity to shoot big deer with his dad!
