Speaking of mass quantities of meat. I ate at a resturant in Fort Smith last week that sold their steaks by the pound. The Sirlon came in 2 or 3 lb steaks at about $22 per pound. The smallest steak was a 1.5 lb T-bone. Neat little place though.
