Tonights Dinner- Backstrap
So what did you eat tonight? Wife cooked some smothered (Onion, Mushrooms and Bell Pepper) backstrap. Cut in 2 inch pieces.
Sides were rice and broussel spouts. Incredible....need to make room in freezer for new meat.

Thats why im sporting that go-tee, it catches all the jiblets to save for later.
