Default NAP Hellrazor BH's???

After reading Fran's post about the G5 Montecs, I have been considering them.. However, while thumbing threw my cabela's ad, I noticed that NAP has come out with a new head that looks very similar to the Montecs. Before, I go out and purchase one or the other, I was hoping that maybe a few of you guys have tried the new Hellrazors and could give me some oppinions on them. Like I said they look very similar. However, the Hellrazors are supposed to be shaving sharp right out of the pack. Where this seemed to be the problem that some had with the montecs. Thanks for the help.

Chris - I looked at the Hellrazors too when I picked the Montec.

Essentially, they're the same head. The only difference that I noticed was that the Montec appeared to be molded out of one solid piece of metal, while the Hellrazor is one-piece, butwelded together. You can't see it so well on these pictures, but the weld lines are readilyvisible on the NAP website. http://www.newarchery.com/

Conventional thinking would be that they would both fly really well, and penetrate superbly. Narrow ferrule, shorter profile, COI.

I don't think you could go wrong with either one, really. The price was a wash, so I just picked the Montecs because I couldn't see any weld lines - and I knew some guys who had good luck with them. Dumb reasons? Probably.

Also, G5 was giving those Strikers away last week, so that drummed up a little bit of good will with me, from a consumer's perspective. I figure, if they have so much faith in their products that they're giving them away for people to try - they must be good.

I have looked at them but only shot the Montecs. REally i dont think you could go wrong with either, the Montec is unbeleivable.
The Hellrazor looks just like it so it prolly has the same performance. I also noticed the weld lines when i looked at them.

The hellrazor is welded, where the Montec is one piece. The Hellrazor being welded is very similar to the Razorcap which NAP bought last year and now makes.
