G5 Strikers..........UPDATED on pg. 2
#1
Well, I took out the new pack of Strikers the other day to see how they shot. The first shot at twenty yards was way off, so i got my arrow and found out there was a crack in the Gold TipI was shooting andI was very lucky that it didn't come apart during the relaese. THe crack was right beside the insert, make sure you check your arrows. Anyways after I got three good arrows that fly just like my Feild Tips out to 40 yards and penetrate extremely well. The blades are SUPER SHARP and very easy to replace or resharpen. They also leave quite and entry hole in myMorrel Target.I think G5 has outdone themselves again with this product and it will realy catch on.Brent

Just thought i would add that you should not turn over these broadheads because all of the blades will fall out because the arrow holds them in place on the broadhead

oneshot how have you been shooting since the arm thing? How many pounds did you have to back off?

Surprisingly enoughI am still at 70 lbs andI am shooting better than before. I went to a little shoot yesterday and beat everybody there. It's doesn't hurt my arm at all and allI notice is a little pop which is not uncommonwith a broken bone that has healed. I am just glad to be back shooting after 7 months. What really impressed me was that the bowtech was still on target after that long.
How you been doin on that big buck ? Have you got him pinpointed?

Ive shot strikers and montecs, deffinetly lean more towards the strikers. I have one thats been shot into a 3-d target at least 50 times and I can still shave with it. Great product and hopefully it will get to taste some venison this fall.

I have also shot strikers and montecs, killed with both but 100% sure that I like the Strikers better.. I have 12 of them now and just sold all my montecs and sharpening stone.. Strikers fly more quiet, great broadhead. Taking them bear hunting this weekend.
