RE: Stand or Sit?

Standing, sitting you limit yourself to the shots you can take out of most tree stands.

RE: Stand or Sit?

Standing as often as possible but I have made some shots sitting.I have shot many more practice arrows standingthansitting over the last 26 years of shooting bows and in actual hunting situations. Standing offers me better positioning options as the deer are moving through woods etc and you just never know when you will be able to take that best shot. Sitting limits you in being able to shoot at a broader radius and from diffreent agles etc.

Not saying either is right or wrong, just saying how I like to shoot from my tree stands.

RE: Stand or Sit?

I shoot standing when hunting in a stand and sit when and only when im in a blind, which is rare. Sitting limits your range too much and I dont feel comfortable sitting while shooting in a stand.

I sit and shoot 95 percent of the time. Your knees don't rattle together if your shooting at a big buck when sitting.

RE: Stand or Sit?

I normally stand up and shoot. I have shot one sitting down but typically I find a way to stand.
