Been shooting mine for the last few weeks. They group in the size of a cantelope at 70 yards, right along with my field points.

Good reminder. I have quite a few customers come in asking whether they need to shoot their broadheads before they hunt. Seems as though too few people know that broadheads may shoot different.

I shot mine.....and made no sight or set-up adjustments (none needed). First time ever. My bow is in tune.

puttin every broadheaded arrow i let loose into a pop can at 40yds. dont ask why i shot a pop can...but for some odd reason i was.

good reminder....just wish we could get ALL bowhunters to do it. most guys dont realize how differently the 2 can fly...some adjust their sights a couple feet to make up for the error of a poorly tuned bow and poorly spined arrows...i just hope guys like that miss everytime instead of wounding them...

Ever since I changed over to montecs, I have been shooting the practice heads everyday I shoot.

I used to shoot muzzy's and thunderheads for the last 20 years, but they were fragile, and blades bent so easy. So I was hesitate to shoot a whole lot with them. I love these G5's. Seem tough as nails.

Also changed to the yellow morrells broadhead target from the block, and they seem to take the beating of regular practice where the block would not. So that encourages me to practice more with BH's.

been shootin only BH for the last month. cant get my muzzys to group exactly the same as field points, so i gave up and just readjusted my sights. now i can hit an area about the size of a dip can out to 40-45 yards. my limit for shots while hunting is 40 yards and i hope to stand firm on that, even tho im confident on targets past that, live animals are different.
