RE: whats my problem???

Uncleaned shafts seem to make sense to me. Full Metal Jackets are different from what what I have fletched in that I have only dealt with carbon. I don't know what glue to use on aluminum. I don't know how to prep aluminum. I DO know that if you don't prep a carbon shaft, the results are sloppy. Often times when carbon shafts are cut, the powdered carbongets everywhere. If it is not cleaned off the outside, even good glue can't work its magic. If it's not cleaned off the inside, then the inserts don't hold to the wall.
My guess would be cleaning.

It's that darn Wisker Buisket rest , get rid of that thing and use a better one like a NapTune 360 or some other type of drop away.

It's not the WB! It's that the arrows weren't properly fletched. Get them glued on there right and the WB isn't going to take them off. I dislike the WB as much as the next guy but you can't blame this on the rest. It's either the glue or even more likely, the shaft prep.

I agree 100% with Kodiak.
It's not the rest(and I dont like the WB at all). But you have to call them as you see them.
I would talk with the shop that put the vanes on and have them redo them right.

Kodiak, you're righton the money, as usual. All I have to say is, I've been shooting a WB for 7 years now, and I'veNEVERhad a vane come off one of my arrows. I refletch my own when I slice a vane, and still have never had one come off.Proper prep on the shafts is BIG.;)

[/align]I have used a WB for several year with no issues EXCEPT when I didn't prep the shaft properly before fletching.
