I have one of those forks down by my feet, but I usually just hold it.

Those .69 cent rubber coated tree hooks..In fact, that's one thing I can't walk by in a store without buying a 3 pack. Pretty soon I'll forget them in enough trees that there will be hangers for everyone!

I use the Gorilla Swing Away Bow and Accessory hangers, they are sweet.

I keep mine on an EZ hanger.......at hand height if I were standing. Each year I find myself standing more and more while I hunt......and this just makes sense from a movement standpoint.

Several ways to skin a cat, though.

Another vote for the EZ hanger. I've had mine for years now and works great.

I generally keep my bow inmy hands while I hunt. Less movement when the deer arrives, especially if it surpises you (I hunt in wooded mountains). But I have two options whenI need to get my bow out of my hand, like when I'm pullin gup my backpack into the stand or when I'm eating lunch, etc.. Then I use an EZ Hanger, like a bunch of the guys have posted. I also hang my backpack on one of its hooks. My Lone Wolf stand has a place in the platform that can hold a bow in the front of the platform, but it really should have a grommet for both quietness and to protect the bow. Its available for $10, but I just use the EZ hanger, whichI had before I bought my Lone Wolf stand.

I use the longer EZ hanger as well. I usually hold my bow at the ready until a good 30-45 minutes after sun-up and then hang on the hanger in front.

I use a tree hook that I have wrapped in electric tape to protect my bow limb.
