I was at a local bow shop the other day, who does not sell Bow Tech and asked if they had heard any type of news regarding the new Guardian. A couple of the guys stated that the limbs on the Guardian broke while the owner was shooting in their league. This is the first I have heard of this and was wondering if anyone else may have experienced this or witnessed it. I am thinking of purchasing the bow and trying to gather as much info as possible.

You could say I'm pretty much in the loop of any news like this..
I haven't heard ofa SINGLE incident... If you look at a Guardian at full draw, it's the least-stressful design of a limb on a high-performance bow I've ever seen; that graceful arc it makes eliminates stressful pinch points and does away with the "diving-board" effect where the limb is only attached at the limb pocket and at the axle.
I think we found the source of your problem: Envy.

I have heard of limb problems, but have seen no proof.I don't sell Bowtech, but have had to deal with them. There is nothing to worry about if you go with a Guardian and have trouble they will back their product. You could get a new APA and be the envy of everyone on the range LOL.Shoot the new bows and pick the one you like.

Is it still a bow shop if they don’t sell bowtech?

Granted what i heard was from a bowtech dealer, but he had a guardian for demo shooting that he got last february he said that bow had been shot around 5000 times and dry fired twice. no limb breakage throughout the whole ordeal. He did replace the string though.
