He'll make book... I'd say a little over 135 judging from a 132-class 8-pointer I've got on the wall.

That seems a little high to me my friend. It takes a lot of antler for an 8 point to make that. I put him just over 125 tho.....sure are deceiving in velvet. Depending on how he finishes, he'll gross over 125, but under 130 IMO.

Rob:

Buddy.....I hope you're kidding.

What did that buck the kid scored for the contest the other day measure????

122-4/8"??????

Come on.......This buck is bigger than that......even with deductions (which the other buck doesn't ahve to contend with.....and the one photos don't have to worry about too much!).

Granted GMMAT but man it's deceiving as hell to measure them on the hoof...this buck only goes 121 and I say it's as big as that one.

This buck my buddy shot and it scored 134 and change as a 10 POINT which is clearly to me a bigger buck.....scores can certainly be deceiving again, when on the hoof. (That's why they call it ground shrinkage).
