well ive only seen one oak really loaded with acorns. it edges a field, one thingabout this place its very possible for there not to be one single deer within any of the boundaries i hunt. they really move a lot.The land is full of wet-weather springs, and Artisian wells so bad the land wont perk for septic or anything. but they are all dried up right now water source isin my field behind my house buti dont see them unless its after hours.

What reason do they have to be on your hunting land?

That's what I'm after.

well.....up until the hay was cut it was full of red clover but now thats wound up in giant white marshmellows. The place i have labeled secret deer hinding spot is a major spot to jump deer they cross the road from place to place at this point. i really could not tell you a reason they have ot be here maybe thats way they seem to disappear every fall.

I think from stupidity in my past years of ridin 4-wheelersand such they are nocturnal not completely but it gets worse as the year progresses.
