RE: Good stand locations??(pic)
im thinkin they bed in the land i cant hunt and the secret deer hinding spot.

RE: Good stand locations??(pic)
I'd still hang stands in the inside (big and small) corners of the woodlots between the corn and the supposed bedding area. Next thing I'd do is find out where the acorns are.
That's where they'll be heading, next, I'd bet. It's pretty wide open out there. Can you watch them from a distance? They HAVE to cross a field if they'r eutilizing this area. What about early mornings? Can you sneak in and watch from a distance? |
RE: Good stand locations??(pic)
looks good to me but like every1 said stands in the corners.
I ride my dirt bike all summer and the deer dont care at all. They get used to it. The big bucks might remeber it tho but who knows. |
RE: Good stand locations??(pic)
The deer will feed in that corn field a looooooooong time after its been harvested. Especially early season, they will drill it. Do like GMMAT is saying hunt the edges, *fence rows*, and corners around the corn.
