What Arthur P said is very good advice. If you have to move your head after you draw back to see through your peep, it is not in the right place. I have found in the past that a smaller peep will be clearer to look through particularly if you wear contacts or glasses. However, you lose light transmission with a smaller peep and shorten your visable shooting time early and late. A 3/16 peep is quite large so there must be something else involved with your problem.
