We are supposed to get 10 paid days off, plus all major holidays and 6 sick days.

However, our manager breaks the rules himself, so I end up with more like 15-18 paid days off. Probably will spend 5-6 days off hunting. Plus, I use the weekend to my advantage.

We start with ten days vacation and five days sick/personal. We earn one more day vacacation and 1/2 more day sick/personal per year up to I think ten years with the company. Saturday is my four year anniversary, so that will put me at 14 days vacation and 7 days sick/personal. That plus 11 holidays (including birthday, which we have to use within a week of our birthday).

We get two holidays at Christmas, two at New Years, and I usually take 4-5 vacation days at that time. Add my birthday holiday that I throw in at that time (my birthday is Dec 19), and I take about two weeks to hunt in late December.

I get 30 days off a year plus major holidays. I take the first 2 weeks of November off plus random days here and there when the weather is right.

My schedule is also very flexible so I can hunt just about every evening until the time changes. Once that happens I hunt the mornings and just work a little later.

Self-employed.....Work everyday from mid-April to late August....September, only when I feel like it, so not much....then I have off everyday from Oct to mid-April. Life is good.

Currently I am negotiating vacation. They want to give me 10 days plus 3 personal. I want 15 plus 3 personal. I don't know how many holidays we get. Probably the normal ones.
I also work a schedule that should allow me to hunt every day after work til the time change nad fridays I get done at noon.

I had one job that had awesome vacation. You started with 18 days, and at the time I left I had 22 or 24 days, I can't remember. But those vacation days were why I stayed about 5 years longer than I should have at that place.

Because I started the new job on May 7th, my vacation will be cut down a bit. Normally I would have 10 days vacation, 5 personal days, and 11 paid holidays. I will end up with just over 6 days vacation, and 3 personal days this year.

With that said, I'm a sales guy and can really work any hours I need as long as I'm hitting numbers. I will also be able to work remotely startingOctober from anywhere I have a phone and internet. I will probably stay a few times for 4-5 day weekends at my camp in PA and hunt till 9-10 in the morning.........head back to camp to get some phone calls and emails out......then back to the woods around 3pm or so. I deal with a lot of customers in Australia anyhow so late at night is usually best for communication with them. I don't have running water yet, but I've already setup and installed the wireless access to camp so I can get on the internet with my laptop. [8D]

3 weeks of vacation,one day at a time or all at once any time or wayI want to take it. 5 personal days, sick days are unlimited I just dont get paid for them. No holidays, we work 7 days a week all year around.

10 Federal holidays, 20 vacation days and 13 sick days. I'll probably hunt for about 20 of those this year.
