Default Amazing deals on Predator stuff @ Cabelas

Just wanted to share this guys, the Cabelas Silent Weave stuff in Predator camo is on a ridiculous sale right now. I just got their insulated bowhunter hooded jacket, bowhunting shirt with scent lok, and 6 pocket pants all in fall gray for about $130 total.

Got it cheap enough to still have $$$ for real rain gear and base layers to go underneath everything..............

That totally blows - just bought the same stuff last week at full retail... [>:]

It did make me feel better when I saw that the SL pants were sold out of my size. I think I got the last pair of 34's. If Cabela's didn't rape you on shipping, I'd buy the blasted thing again, and return the other one.

That chaps me.

The store is an hour and a half away - so it's not worth the aggrevation. I'm raising the white flag. I give up.

Quick - what are your thoughts on the silent weave stuff in terms of durability and how quiet the material is?

RJ - It's all new, so I can't really speak to the durability aspect, but I can tell you that it's a softer, quieter material. Seems to be pretty heavy-duty too. No vast deviation from your standard wally-world camo pants - if you go climbing over barbed wire fences, you'll probably rip the crotch out. Thorns will poke through it. Etc...

For the price, you can't go wrong.

One noticeable dislike - the zipper on the coat seems a little chintzy. I seem to ruin a lot of zippers. Not sure why.

IMO - the pants run small. I'm normally a 32, but the 34's fit perfectly. If I'd go to AF right now and put on a pair of their34" waist jeans, I'd need 10 pairs of boxers layered on, with 2 belts - just to hold them up.
