I have had 1 offically scored and a couple of others that would make it just never had them scored so i put 1

my biggest (only)buck was my first deer a nice 3 pointer haha, ive been killin a doe a year since then with one missed shot at a buck.

2 but I never put them in the book. Pope and young is a good standard of measurement because most people know what you are talking about when you say I shot 145 buck.Other then that it's just not for me.

4 bucks, 2 Bears, 1 Caribou that "WOULD" make the books but never enter P&Y. Personal satisfaction is just fine for me but with 200+ biggame animals with a bow, I have had plenty of that. Nothing official in the books & never will be.

i have never shot a buck that netted P and Y, the one i shot last year was close gross score, and some of you know I let a 140 and a 160 inch go because i didnt have another tag, and didnt want a guilty concience. I wouldnt have then officially scored anyway, as its been said, personal satisfaction will be enough, unless its in the 200's

I have 7 bow killed whitetailsthat would make it. I have had 3 officially scored, but never entered a one in PY. I had the two of the threebiggest officially scored because they wereentered in local big buck contests that includes all rifle hunters and bowhunters. Two ofmy archery bucksin seperate years, won first place rifles... A 300 win. mag in which I have never shot and a 7mm Ruger. I am saving those rifles for my boys. I did enter one in my home state archery records and had to have the official PY paper work to do so. I doubt I will ever enter one in PY or BC unless it's a state record or world record and I doubt any world record whitetail is going to come out of Idaho.. but hey, aguy should never say never...right..

Well we had a fella in my State that had 20something on the books including a New World Record, From a County not quite up to standards for Big Bucks, so ya never know!

Zero............It baffles me to see all these guys say that they have P & Y bucks but have never scored them!!!! Why not? You get a cool plaque and your name in the book, that alone is reason enough! In my mind, that buck deserves the recognition, after all he had to die. I feel the same way about nice bucks that never get mounted. I mean, the only excuse should be that you really can't afford it. Other than that, Mount the deer.

Well, I guess I should of worded it a little different. If it scores P&Y, in my book its a P&Y entered or not. With that said, I've taken six, never entered any of them in the book, the smallest score 138 net. It's personal satisfaction for me also, but they are still P&YI turned one into rattling antler's. If a tree falls in the wood's and no one is there to hear it does it make a sound?
