Good advice Greg. 19 more days buddy!

For me, muscle memory is so critical. I stop shooting when I feel the slightest fatigue. For me, it's a game of quality not quantity.

I bench 365 at age 37and can shoot (at 70 lbs) about 65 to70 shots an afternoon. However, I am more accureate under 55 shots. You can buy a workout starpthat will build up you musclesso you can shoot more and more accurately.

Your better off shooting accurately pulling at say 55 to 60 lbs than wearing out and shooting poorly at 70 lbs.If your physically able to work your way up and keep shooting at 70 lbs then thats fine too.Like most mentioned here you can do certain exercises to build yourself up to reach your goal of 70 lbs and stay there while shooting good groups.

Another thing to consider is what is the amount of "Let-off" on your Bow when your pulling it back? Some Bows have better let-off than others and help indrawing with more tension.
