Here's another pic of the wolf in my avatar. He was shot in late October and was just getting a decent winter coat. Notice how long and thick the legs are. James' picture is a wolf with a summer coat.
Sorry, but that's not true. Wolves have a long muzzle.

Nice wolf there Dan. Where did you shot that?? We have tons of wolves here. We see them crossing the road all the time. Last week I saw 8 timbers in 5 days. They have lost there fear of people and cars up here. We have a pack of 8 at walk thru our back field.
