NO, I love my job. I have to play some golf, fly fish a little, walleye fish a little, go for salmon in the fall, ...and sometimes my job requires I take a nap. NOPE, I need my variety..... couldn't hunt full time.

Hell yeah! I am young enough and naive enough to make that call. Are we talking paid professional hunting? or more like subsistence/survival hunting? im in for either. Sell the house, get rid of the bills, and get a shack in the Alaskan wilderness. Live off the land. Sounds like a pan to me. I'd have to have a pretty great job to not take that offer...such as beer taster or something.

I would quit my job, but only hunt parttime.....I would do taxidermy as my other part time job. Of, course the pay would have be match what I'm getting paid now.

WHAT, YOU WERE JUST KIDDING!!!
Sorrrrry....I was having a bad day at work...feeling down on myself...reading the forum posts and wishing I could be out in the woods scouting. Didn't mean to get your hopes up. Hopefully nobody quit their job yesterday to go hunting because of me. [>:]

Happy Hunting
Reid

If I could get paid what I do now, full bennies with retirement, yes I would. I know it would require travel to hunt all year round, but I would do it in a second.
