Default Think I'm ready

I bought my first bow last fall and after some practice was confident enough to go out hunting a few times. After more practice I think I'm really ready this year. Especially if I encounter any foam targets standing 20 yards from me

If you shot all those arrows from the same spot, your bow needs tuning real bad. The arrows should all be in the target at the same angle.

He most likely deflected off one of the other arrows

That looks a little to drastic for just being a deflection, but thats just my thought

When I don't have that tight of a grouping they are all going in at the same angle. I usually aim at different spots on the target to keep the arrows from hitting each other but wanted to see how tight of a group I could get. Thanks for noticing though and pointing it out.

Just shot three more. The bottom left arrow is at a different angle. Maybe a little tweaking is needed. Thanks guys !

Well the way I see it. If he's hitting where he's aiming and the arrows are like that it is more than likely deflection or torqueing the bow.I get these results some when I torque the bow and my bow is tuned perfectly. Center shot dead on, arrows spined right, paper tuned, nock set level and everything. If his bow was out of tune he would not be hitting that close together I wouldn't think. Maybe you are shooting with bow hand open and relaxed (the right way) and then you are grabbing the bow when you set off the release?
