Debbie has supported my hunting and fishing for over 22 years now.BUT she does give me a little hell when I come home empty handed. I live with that.

One nice thing about getting old. Wives enjoy it when your gone.:DI hunt and fish when ever I like. I spend days alone at my lakehouse, without hearing a word. She would rather me take her to the lake, but she doen'st complain when I want to be alone. She knows that when out there I write some of my best sermons. Due to the peace and quiet and beautiful sunrises and sunsets.

There are times when I get antsy at home and she'll tell me, "Why don't you go fishing or hunting, it will do you good." Gotta love it!

Mine talks like that too--until I am actually gone a few days! Just lie she went hunting with me before we married--but not now!;)That's okay, because I like to actually see deer !;)

Mine does. She has been bugging me to clean up my archery target area, and store all of my hunting related equipment that has been laying on the floor of our bedroom since turkey season. That's done, now she wants to clean the garage, because she knows that pre-season starts in September for me.

My GF knows. She was good about it last year, hopefully she makes it through this year too.
