was there a min requirment for bow draw weightandarrow weight? Sorry for the questions but I would like to make a trip over there one day. I know that sites I have visited require you to use a 80# bow with a very large arrow in order to hunt dangerous game.

Cool pics.

Don't think I will ever do that, but it looks like fun.

There is something about Africa. Once you have been there, you just keep wanting to going back! Was this your first trip and safari?

Congrats on some great trophies!

Great story about the lion meat and the rocks. I take it your 16 years old. That is some feat for your age, congratulations.

I dont know of any law, but they recomended me to bring a #80 pound bow. I borrowed my friends MachX along with my #65 pound Vengeance. I was shooting Axis 300s with 125gr. Muzzy 3 blades with the Mach X and Axis 400s with 100gr Muzzys 4 blades with the Vengeance.

Huck, it was my first trip to Africa but definately not my last. When I got on the plane to Dakkar I already missed the place.

Rick, Im 18 now,my jersey number on my college baseball team is#16. Im just lucky to have a dadhas always let me tag along on his hunting trips. Im still trying to learn as much as I possibly can.
