GMMAT Trail cam photos
I only had a couple that were of interest....out of 141, this past week.
I had JUST told the story about the deer I saw last year with the good left side and the "funky" right side in the "Mature bucks" thread. Could this be him? I have no idea.....but it would make sense (I have no experience in these matters). |

And....for those that question how (in ONE manner) I age deer (here...with HERE being the caveat).....this is a "typical" 1.5yr old in MY woods.

JEff that would probably be a 100 incher if he had two good sides nice deer even though

Cool lookin buck- He may have been injured at one time.

RE: GMMAT Trail cam photos
You think the first buck is about 3-4?

Cougs...
To get to that type mass, here (and "that type" is relative to "here")....yes. Little sway in his back, too.... "I" would age this deer @ 3.5 or older in MY woods. |
RE: GMMAT Trail cam photos
Jeff that spike has a little indentation right in the boiler maker:D
The older buck is a shooter for sure!! |

Would you let this deer walk this year? If you said he had junk sides last year, and it is genetic, is that something you want breeding? Of course this is all speculation that this deer is the same one you saw last year. |

Couldn't this also be the same deer......but with a possible injury over the winter/spring?
