keeper i know you did the right thing and you should know as well.....
i would take bowdacious's advice and take it to your grave. just go about business as usual w/your friend. just out of curiosity did your friend ever say anything about the DNR showing up?

keeper hold your head high, you did the right thing for all hunters out there. I wouldn't tell your friend, but his old man is as you say a jerk!!!!

i agree you did the right thing...i wouldnt worry about it one but he was in the wrong and sooner or later it would caught up with him..everybody pays in the end...you just saved a few more deer from being killed...your a good person for doing the right thing..and you should continue doing so...it would be hard doing it to your friends dad but you still did the right thing...if you tell the kid its almost a guarrentee he dont talk to you again and hates you unless he didnt like what his dad did...but chances are he did it too once in a while or helped his dad if he wasnt against his dads poaching...i think you did right! congrats to you...dont feel bad!

Keeper, Im glad your doing your part to keep our Michigan woods free of guys like this. I know we cant stop them all, but we can at least make it difficult for them. dont feel guilty and dont expose yourself. By keeping it a secret you can keep getting info and nail his butt again.<img src=icon_smile_evil.gif border=0 align=middle>

You ABSOLUTELY did the right thing!!!! people like this take away from all legal hunters who work their butts off to do it the right way. I hate poachers and baiters (in NY is illegal) The only bad thing is that the penalties are not strict enough.
